En couple au mois de mai 2026,chambre petite et vetuste avec 2 lits simples et sans balcons et clim bruyante. Repas plutôt bon. Animation très moyenne. Ambiance calme,pas de discothèque ds l hotel. Plage très agréable avec du sable possibilité de snorkeling avec pas mal de poissons et tortues. Personnels plutôt agréable et réactifs.

Restauration très très médiocre. Infrastructure vieillissante. Musique très gênante beaucoup trop fort sur toute la structure de l'hôtel jusqu'à 11h du soir très mal adapté.

Une usine à bruit, a la plage nous avons toute la journée, la music de l’hôtel d’à côté, le Shams impérial, à la demande de la direction du Shams safaga, la grosse enceinte est dirigée vers la plage du Shams safaga, Le soir nous avons la music du restaurant à thème, pourquoi n’e pas diriger l’enceinte de l’entrée du restaurant vers la plage, pour réduire le bruit vers les bungalows. 600. Pourquoi lors des soirées du Shams safaga, la musique est si forte , notamment les basses , nous logeons actuellement dans le bloc 600, c’est notre deuxième séjour et dernier, impossible de se reposer. De plus le wifi payant 18€ pour 10 jours ne fonctionne pas au niveau des bungalows. J’ai contacté la direction et pas de changement !

Nous revenons pour la deuxième année cet hôtel est très bien nous reprochons seulement pas de personne parlant français et la musique un peu trop forte dans les soirées autrement le personnel est vraiment très très gentil tout le monde est au petit soir et la nourriture est très bonne
